Sky News launches new podcast: Trump 100

Sky News has announced it is launching a new podcast series: Trump 100 – a daily podcast analysing the new US President’s first 100 days in office, starting on inauguration day – Monday 20th January with daily episodes published at 6am GMT.

Hosted by Sky News US correspondents Martha Kelner, Mark Stone, and James Matthews, Sky News says Trump 100 will delve into the key stories from the previous day in Trump’s presidency, offering expert commentary and looking ahead at the day’s agenda. Episodes will feature Sky News’ global reporting team and experts to explore how Trump’s decisions are shaping both the US and the world.

The President-elect has pledged to tackle 59 issues “on Day One.” The podcast will examine whether, when, and how these promises translate into reality, and the impact they’ll have. From immigration and deportation plans to how he will handle the ongoing wars in Ukraine and the Middle East, Sky’s US correspondents will track the key developments. They’ll also follow the efforts of the newly appointed Head of the Department of Government Efficiency, Elon Musk, as these actions unfold.

On Saturdays, the publisher says the show will take an extended format, hearing from the people of America to gain a deeper sense of how they are reacting to Trump’s latest developments, four years after his first term in office.

As Sky News’ first podcast launch of 2025, Trump 100 will be available to listen to from day one, 20th January, right through to his 100th day in The White House, 29th April.

Sky News says you can follow now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube or your preferred podcast platform and can listen to the trailer here.
