This take-on is one of a number of business wins for the Air Business subscription division in recent months. Quadrant continues to develop its subscription management capabilities with new value added services for publishing clients, focusing on omnichannel customer service and subscriber retention, says the company.
Stuart Lacey, managing director at Quadrant, comments: “We are delighted to be taking on two more titles on behalf of DC Thomson. It underlines our commitment to grow our share in provision of 'end to end' subscription management and fulfilment services for both domestic and international publishers. We are well placed to achieve our ambitions given our strong set of technologies and service options.”
Craig Houston, head of enterprise at DC Thomson, added: “Quadrant has become our preferred subscription bureau by demonstrating their commitment to high-quality client service and delivering a value-added subscription fulfilment and self-serve customer service solution.
“A refreshingly flexible approach to implementation meant we experienced a quick and pain-free on-boarding process allowing us to focus on maintaining day to day subscription management driving circulations whilst Quadrant concentrates on the technology.”
