The browser based software will be made available as a Software as a Service solution for the entire publishing workflow.
It is being configured as a complete automated workflow including AdOrder for entry and administration of ads and customers, and AdFlow for ad production, while Editorial staff will use the RedaFact portal to input, edit and publish articles for print and/or web. Completing the workflow cycle with RedaFlow, all content is then efficiently placed on the pages of every edition of the paper, says AdFactory-International.
The implementation project is due to deliver a ‘Go Live’ in February 2020.
Summarising the decision behind the choice, Aidan Quirke, General Manager at Killarney Advertiser, commented: “AdFactory’s seamless coupling between ad-booking, -production, -invoicing and editorial content, offers a very efficient workflow with a constant up-to-date status overview. It eliminates a lot of manual work, checks and interventions.”
Rob van Dorp, Director/owner of AdFactory International added: “As a result of our hosted software and the flexibility of our company, we are able to implement this publishing solution at very short notice, and achieve ‘GoLive’ within a couple of weeks.”
