MA Exhibitions, the events arm of Mark Allen Group, has announced the acquisition of The Inclusive Workplace Conference. The company says this strategic addition bolsters the group’s existing Health & Wellbeing @Work Conference and Exhibition, the UK’s largest event dedicated to improving workplace health, wellbeing, and culture, which will take place at NEC 11-12 March 2025. Combining with The Inclusive Workplace Conference reinforces the events’ commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace across all industries.
Initially launched as the Flexpo brand in 2018, MA Exhibitions says The Inclusive Workplace Conference has earned a reputation for championing DEI through discussions, insights, and a collaborative approach. Featuring experts, workshops, and research, the company says the conference empowers organisations across all sectors to create environments where employees can thrive.
“We are thrilled to bring The Inclusive Workplace Conference into the Health & Wellbeing @ Work offering,” said Tim Willoughby, MD of MA Exhibitions. “This acquisition reflects our dedication to addressing critical societal issues while providing our audiences with unparalleled opportunities to learn, grow, and lead in creating inclusive, healthier workplaces.”
With this acquisition, the team aims to expand the reach and impact of The Inclusive Workplace Conference. Leveraging MA Exhibition’s network and expertise in event management, the conference will grow its audience, broaden its topics, and enhance its influence in shaping workplace culture.
“Our partnership with MA Exhibitions and the Health & Wellbeing @ Work Conference and Exhibition opens new doors for The Inclusive Workplace Conference,” said Madeleine Cole and Ursula Tavender, co-founders of The Inclusive Workplace Conference. “We’re excited about the potential to amplify our mission and reach a broader audience committed to meaningful change.”
MA Exhibitions says the acquisition aligns with Health & Wellbeing @ Work’s broader vision of creating platforms that drive positive change in the workplace and empower employers. The combined team’s experience in curating impactful events ensures The Inclusive Workplace Conference’s continued success and innovation, added the company.
