Sarah Lesting was previously Sales & Business Development Manager. She started her career with LEIPA aged 19 and, says the company, showed her appetite for learning more in the paper industry winning Student of the Year at the NAPM Papermaking and Print Technology Course in 2009.
Since then, she has gained experience in paper and packaging at LEIPA and wastepaper management at Smurfit Kappa Recycling.
More recently, says LEIPA, Sarah has taken a strong interest in circular economy and completed Business Sustainability Management at University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
Sarah says: “LEIPA is a fascinating organisation with a diverse product range from Graphic Papers to Packaging and innovative and sustainable Flexible Packaging offerings. Aside from the products, the team and expertise across the organisation are motivating and inspiring. I’m looking forward to increasing our activity and sharing our circular story in the UK.”
The UK office, based in Tenterden, Kent, has been established since 2004 and is one of five LEIPA sales offices in Europe.
