Nicky Hambleton-Jones joins Rosemary Conley mag

Celebrity stylist Nicky Hambleton-Jones is to join Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Magazine as a regular columnist from the July issue.

Nicky (pictured), who shot to fame as the presenter of Channel 4’s popular makeover show 10 Years Younger, made her debut in Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Magazine in the April 2009 issue, for the first of a special three-part series. Showing readers how to look good whatever their weight and shape, the three-part series was a huge success, says the publisher. Nicky’s contribution proved so popular that the magazine decided to make her advice available to readers in every issue.

Editor of Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Magazine, Helen Dean, says: “We are thrilled that Nicky Hambleton-Jones has joined our team to become our regular Fashion Expert. Nicky is passionate about inspiring people to take control of their destiny and improve the way they look and feel. She is the perfect style adviser for Rosemary Conley readers.”

Nicky, whose svelte figure is testament to her healthy lifestyle, says: “We have to believe in ourselves 100 per cent and, if in the mirror you see someone frumpy and overweight, it’s hard convincing yourself you can achieve your goal. When you like what you see, it provides the confidence to do anything.”

Readers can send in their style dilemmas and Nicky will focus on what readers should wear to make the most of their figures. She begins her regular column from Thursday 11 June.

Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Magazine is now in its 14th year. Each issue, says the publisher, is packed with inspirational real-life slimmer success stories, easy and effective workouts and fabulous recipe and food ideas. It also offers expert advice, celebrity interviews and fantastic fashion and beauty features.
