Rhotic Media has announced the appointment of Alice Greaves as its new editor for Financial Promoter.

Rhotic Media appoints Alice Greaves
Alice Greaves: “As editor, I aim to expand and diversify our readership, build on the success of previous issues, and continue the growth towards our first in-person event, FP Live!”

Rhotic Media says Alice previously worked as managing director of Bourchier Limited, an academic publishing agency, where she worked with multiple clients, styles and briefs. At Rhotic, she will be responsible for developing Financial Promoter’s reader community, leading the build out of content themes for print, digital, and live events, working alongside the new commercial team.

“My aspiration for Financial Promoter is to become an essential tool for financial marketing professionals, delivering not only quality content but also live events, networking opportunities, recruitment prospects, and a variety of multimedia outputs,” she said.

“As editor, I aim to expand and diversify our readership, build on the success of previous issues, and continue the growth towards our first in-person event, FP Live!”

Financial Promoter launched in April 2023 to serve senior marketing and communications professionals working in banking, investments, professional services, (re)insurance, pensions, and payments.

The company produces four quarterly print editions each year that are directly mailed to 4,000 marketing and communications professionals. It also produces a daily news service through its website, together with a soon-to-be-launched weekly supporting newsletter.

The print and digital editions are supported by FP Live!, a new conferencing concept that brings together marketers from different financial services areas to examine best practice, peer review campaigns, and discuss responses to regulatory and macroeconomic events. It also houses a unique networking arena with training providers and suppliers.

In her role as editor, Rhotic Media says Alice will be chairing many of the events in the programme at the inaugural FP Live! event, which takes place on 18 March 2024 at the America Square Conference Centre in the City of London.
