The 2024 Newspaper Awards: Shortlist announced

The Newspaper Awards say they are dedicated solely to celebrating excellence and innovation in the printed newspaper.

Gary Cullum, director of The Newspaper Awards, says: “This year two panel of judges, comprising 16 newspaper executives, scrutinised newspapers from all around the world. One specialist panel of print experts judged the two printer categories, while another panel assessed the remaining 11 categories. Overall the standard of entry was superb, and the printed product continues to play an important role in the success of the news publishing industry.”

All the winners will be announced at a black-tie gala dinner on Tuesday 26 March at the London Hilton Bankside.
