The Publisher Podcast Awards 2025: winners announced

Media Voices have revealed the winners of 2025’s Publisher Podcast Awards, following a ceremony which took place on Wednesday 11th June at Vauxhall Arches in London.

The organisers say the awards are a celebration of the podcasting success of publishers and media organisations, whether they’ve been in the podcasting space a while, or have just launched.

From over 160 entries and a strong shortlist of 120 podcasts, Media Voices says its judges marked the podcasts on a range of factors, including production quality, how well the podcast reflected the publisher’s brand, and strategies to grow the audience.

To secure podcasting as a successful part of a publisher’s strategy, there are often key people within the business driving best practice, seeking inspiration, and looking for new opportunities, added Media Voices. They say the Publisher Podcast Hero of the Year award celebrates an individual who has gone above and beyond to demonstrate the value of podcasting to their organisation.

To finish, Media Voices had a surprise new category. They say they saw some consistently excellent work coming across verticals from some publishers that they wanted to celebrate. Media Voices claims this particular publisher has been entering the Awards since the start, and say they have watched their work grow in quality and depth each year, to the point they were placed in the top 3 of every single category they entered this year.
