Charlotte Ross has been appointed as deputy editor, Features & Lifestyle at The Telegraph, and will join the team in November.

The Telegraph has announced that Charlotte Ross has been appointed deputy editor, Features & Lifestyle at The Telegraph. According to the publisher, she joins from the Evening Standard where she has worked for the last 16 years, most recently as acting editor. Prior to this she held the role of publisher and oversaw the brand’s transition to a digital first operation.

The publisher continued, before the Evening Standard Charlotte worked at The Independent, Hearst and the Scotsman, where she began her journalistic career.

Speaking of her appointment the publisher added, Charlotte will join the Telegraph in November and will have responsibility for all features and lifestyle journalism including the magazine, travel, fashion, culture and the daily features section.
