Dan Pugliese: “BMI's vast network and deep industry insights make them the ideal partner to help us navigate and grow in this challenging environment.”

WoodWing has announced it has joined the Book Manufacturers’ Institute (BMI), a US-based organization that supports book manufacturing leaders to drive the promotion, efficiency, and growth of book markets in North America for readers and educators.

WoodWing says several of its products, specifically WoodWing Studio and WoodWing Assets, are developed to enhance publishers' capabilities by streamlining creative processes and focusing on effective content distribution. WoodWing says it continues to innovate in the publishing environment, helping clients adapt content for various channels and devices with the goal of optimizing reach and monetization.

Although WoodWing's activities are not limited to publishing, content creation and digital asset management, these areas of expertise have always been the core of WoodWing's business focus. In that light, becoming a BMI member is a very natural and sensible step, added the company.

Dan Pugliese, senior enterprise sales executive at Woodwing, said: “As the leading provider of Digital Asset Management and Content Workflow solutions, WoodWing has been looking for a partner to help us expand in the printing and publishing industries. BMI's vast network and deep industry insights make them the ideal partner to help us navigate and grow in this challenging environment.”

Today, WoodWing says it provides a more comprehensive suite of solutions that enable organizations to efficiently manage their efforts in the areas of publishing, enterprise information management, digital asset management, knowledge management, document management, quality management, and content creation across various sectors.
