AdTech company Adnami has announced the appointment of Stevie Antonioni as its new managing director, UK. The company says the hire marks a significant step in its growth strategy, following a series of product innovations and an expanding client base across Europe.
Stevie joins Adnami with a track record in commercial leadership roles at media organisations including Avid, LadBible and The Telegraph. More recently, she oversaw commercial operations including advertising, partnerships and events throughout the sales process at The Spectator. Adnami says her appointment is part of its continued commitment to driving attention-led advertising in the UK market and beyond.
Adnami provides attention-centric display ad formats and technology solutions to brands, agencies and publishers. The company has recently launched Sonar, a scalable attention measurement tool, alongside its Attention Report, which the company says delivers actionable insights and optimisation features based on key attention metrics.
Speaking about her new role, Stevie Antonioni said: “I’m thrilled to join Adnami at such a pivotal time for both the company and the wider advertising industry. As the market evolves and expectations shift, it's clear that delivering genuine value beyond traditional ad metrics is what will truly set us apart. Adnami is at the forefront of redefining how we measure and deliver attention in digital advertising, a focus that’s becoming increasingly essential. What drew me in was the company’s bold, creative spirit, its unwavering commitment to innovation, and a brilliant team genuinely interested in solving customers' challenges. I’m excited to get started and help build on the incredible momentum already underway in the UK market."
Simon Kvist, CEO at Adnami, added: "We’re delighted to welcome Stevie as our new UK Managing Director. She brings exceptional experience from across the media and advertising landscape, and I’m confident she’ll add tremendous value, not just to our UK business, but to Adnami as a whole. Stevie has a vibrant, positive energy and a razor-sharp mind, and I’m personally very excited to work alongside her as we continue to scale our offering, our team and our impact."
