BMJ appoints Japanese agent

BMJ, one of the world’s leading medical knowledge providers, has signed an exclusive agreement with USACO Corporation for the sale of BMJ resources to institutional customers in Japan.

Under the agreement, USACO will be the exclusive agent for institutional sales of a range of BMJ’s resources across Japan.

These include non-journal products, such as BMJ Best Practice, BMJ Learning, BMJ Research to Publication, BMJ OnExamination, and BMJ Open Access Membership as well as journal resources, such as BMJ Journal Collections, BMJ Case Reports, Vet Record Case Reports and negotiated online journals subscriptions.

Commenting on the new partnership, Tony Hilker, Commercial Director - APAC, BMJ said: “BMJ is delighted to appoint USACO as our exclusive institutional sales agent for BMJ knowledge resources in Japan.”
