Managing Director, Kirk Galloway said, “This huge investment follows closely on the heels of our recent multi million pound expansion to double our finishing capacity and also in our pre-press hall the installation of the largest remote workflow system anywhere in Europe. These investments herald a 4 year rolling expansion programme expected to cost well over £20 million.”
Galloway added, “The purchase of these two latest, top of the mark, high tech presses is great news for Buxton Press. Not only will they increase significantly our printing capability but most importantly will create jobs and give added security to all our employees during these very challenging times. It really is an incredibly exciting stage in the company’s on-going development.”
The evaluating team of Kirk Galloway, Managing Director, Bernard Galloway, Chairman, and Press Hall Managers, Jason Homer and Steve Carr has just returned from Drupa, the international world trade exhibition in Dusseldorf, where the deal for the new equipment was concluded.
