CDS Global acquires Optima

CDS Global has announced the acquisition of the Optima business, previously operated by Optima Data Intelligence Services Limited, Optima Data Intelligence Limited and Optima UK Limited.

Optima provides magazine fulfilment, customer data and order management solutions to Business-to-Business and Specialist Consumer Publishers in the UK.

As part of this strategic acquisition, CDS Global will provide magazine subscription fulfilment solutions to some of the UK’s premier B2B media companies, growing its client portfolio by 36 publishers and 320 magazine titles.
