Conde Nast International appoints Jason Miles

Jason Miles has been appointed Director of Planning for Condé Nast International, effective January 2013, it was announced yesterday by Jonathan Newhouse, Chairman and Chief Executive of the media company which publishes Vogue, Vanity Fair and Glamour magazines.

Jason Miles (pictured) had been Condé Nast International's Deputy Planning Director since 2008. He replaces James Woolhouse, who continues to serve as President of Condé Nast Asia-Pacific and a Vice President and member of the publishing company's Executive Committee.

Jonathan Newhouse commented, "Jason Miles is the go-to individual on a wide range of planning matters, from launching new projects to financial forecasts to legal. He has earned respect and appreciation throughout the organisation."

Forty-one years old and a native of Great Britain, Jason Miles graduated with a degree in business studies and was certified as a qualified chartered management accountant. He began his career in 1995 at Marks & Spencer and then entered the fashion industry as a group accountant with International Clothing Designs. He joined Condé Nast International in 2001 as a financial analyst.
