Rob was previously head of technology and delivery at Cancer Research UK, where he led the technology team through a tech transformation project. Since joining ESco two years ago, he has contributed in his consultancy role by guiding the team through change and building empathy across the organisation, says the company.
His experience in product leadership, strategic planning, digital transformation, product discovery, innovation, and change management has provided an invaluable perspective at ESco, added the company. By supporting its leadership and tech teams in making strategic decisions and shifts, the company says it is already benefiting from his guidance.

This follows the appointment of John McHale as client services director in February of last year, after twenty years of experience in the publishing industry. John heads up the client services department and oversees the renewals and fulfillment department, with expertise in subscriptions management, data management, fulfilment and marketing communications.
ESco's management team now comprises Susan Duffin (managing director & founder), Louise McHale (deputy managing director), Clare Gill (business operations director), Lee Turbard (data solutions director), Alistair Wood (operations & development director), John McHale (client services director), and Robert Green (director of product).
