Time Inc UK today announces the appointment of Hannah Fernando to the new role of executive editor of its celebrity and style weekly Now.

Hannah has also ghost-written several books, including the best-selling Peter Andre: My Story.

Now editor-in-chief Mark Frith says: "Hannah is a truly exceptional magazine journalist whether bringing in exclusive stories or landing big interviews. We have huge plans for Britain's best celeb mag and are delighted Hannah will be at the forefront.”

Hannah adds: "I am incredibly excited to be joining Now, the number one go-to magazine for celebrity news. I can't wait to work with Mark Frith again and to be part of a great team with big plans."

Hannah joins Now on 2 November.
