Hearst-Rodale appoints Georgina Parrott as Sales Director

Hearst-Rodale, the joint venture between Hearst Magazines UK and Rodale Inc, has appointed Georgina Parrott as Sales Director with responsibility for Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Runner’s World in the UK.

Georgina will lead a 20-strong brand and creative solutions team with responsibility for driving commercial revenues in print, digital, social and experiential.

Georgina joined Hearst in 2012, initially as Ad Director of the entertainment brands and more recently in a Sales Director role. Prior to Hearst, Georgina held the position of Commercial Director at ShortList Magazine where she ran the display and creative solutions sales teams. During her time at ShortList she was a key player in the launch of the bi-annual fashion magazine, Mode, and the shortlist.com website. Georgina began her career at Metro Newspapers where she held a number of roles, including Head of Trading.
