Immediate Media launches PJ Masks

Immediate Media Co has announced the launch of PJ Masks Magazine, following the adventures of Connor, Amaya and Greg and their alter egos, Catboy, Owlette and Gekko – a crime-fighting trio who “sometimes make mistakes, but always try to do what’s right”.

PJ Masks Magazine follows the heroes of the popular children’s animated TV series on their missions with puzzle power and action challenges, arts and crafts and special hero training, says Immediate Media. The first issue has a free Action Pack, including a wrist launcher, camera, key fob and keys. Readers also get 65 stickers, a PJ Masks poster, a Cat-Car cut out and a 3D board game to make and play.

Aimed at 3 to 5 year olds, the magazine encourages children to learn valuable lessons along the way; supporting physical development, role play, imagination, creativity and understanding the values of friendship and teamwork.

PJ Masks Magazine editor, Ruth Cassidy, says: “My favourite thing about the PJ Masks brand and our new magazine is that it helps little ones to develop their social and emotional skills. Inspiring stories and activities teach that even heroes can trip up if they’re too competitive, impatient or don’t tell the truth and that being a friend means helping, sharing and working together. And like all good hero stories, it has great villains too! It all adds up to a powerful, action-packed magazine with stickers, gifts, stories, posters and much more that little heroes and their grown-ups are going to love.”

PJ Masks Magazine is on sale now, priced at £2.99.
