Toby (pictured) will be assisted in this role by Hannah Smith who will be joining the team in the new role of assistant publisher for InStyle and Marie Claire. Hannah is currently senior circulation executive at Marketforce's Independent Publisher Group, and will be working closely with Toby.

Toby takes up his new position with immediate effect and Hannah Smith starts in her new role on 16 April 2013.
