The deal sees Kelsey Media take over ownership, with immediate effect, of South East Farmer, Farm Machinery, South East Business, Vineyard Magazine, and other associated magazines and activities. There will be no interruption to the publishing schedules of these titles.
Kelsey’s portfolio encompasses 65-plus brands, and the company has a major presence in the farm machinery sector with the English language edition of profi International, Tractor & Machinery and many other farm machinery enthusiast magazines, websites and events.
Clive Rabson, retiring owner of Evegate and Vineyard said: “I know that Kelsey Media is passionate about publishing and is the perfect new home for these well-respected brands. I wish all the staff the very best for the future.”
Jamie McGrorty, who takes over the role of commercial manager and publisher, says: “We look forward to driving growth for all our advertisers as we continue to develop our business alongside profi and Tractor & Machinery.”
Steve Wright, chief executive of Kelsey Media added: “We are delighted to welcome these brands and their staff to our business. Acquiring these magazines and associated activities is an important part of our strategy to focus on our core strengths.”
