KFH launches customer magazine with August Media

Following a competitive pitch, August Media has been appointed to produce London-based estate agent Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward’s (KFH) quarterly customer magazine.

The new magazine, which claims to be unique in its editorial scope and the way it is funded, is part of KFH’s strategy to move away from using media and marketing methods traditionally employed by estate agents.

Launching in September, the magazine will focus on KFH’s ‘Completely London’ branding and will aim to buck the trend in the housing market, with each issue following a unique editorial concept and avoiding the typical property listings formula.
