Media Scotland says: This vibrant new voice will showcase the best of Edinburgh - the arts, business, columnists, sport and, of course, the people.
Edinburgh Now is free every Wednesday inside Scotland's best-read newspaper, the Daily Record, and it will also be available in all major retailers.
Allan Rennie, editor in chief of Media Scotland, said: "This is another exciting launch for Scotland's leading print and digital publishers.

The launch follows the success of Aberdeen Now, which is inserted free inside Aberdeen editions of the Daily Record every Thursday.
