NetDoctor.co.uk partners with iWantGreatCare

NetDoctor.co.uk, the health and wellbeing website, published by Hearst Magazines UK, has announced a partnership with iWantGreatCare to encourage patients and their carers to review and rate their healthcare experience.

The partnership sees iWantGreatCare’s online review facility embedded on NetDoctor.co.uk, for the first time making it simple for users to read and write patient reviews covering a wide range of NHS and private healthcare providers, including GPs, specialist doctors and dentists. Users will now be able to add their reviews to iWantGreatCare directly from NetDoctor.co.uk.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to transparency and improving the patient experience, say the publishers.

From Monday 22 October iWantGreatCare will be accessible on NetDoctor.co.uk. Using iWantGreatCare’s simple review function, patients will be able to review their healthcare interactions whilst healthcare staff can monitor their online profiles.
