New look for Top Sante

Top Santé magazine’s 20th anniversary issue hits the shelves this week, complete with a fresh new look.

Under the watchful eye of editor Jane Druker the magazine has undergone a complete re-design, including a new logo and strap line ‘Look After You’, designed to reinforce the magazines' supportive tone of voice.

New features include the Attitude Test which gets to the nub of a woman's attitude to her health and body and the Top Santé Report which deals with a pressing health concern with expert advice.

Regular columnists include Oprah's Dr Oz who gives expert advice and easy tips on how to feel better today and comedienne Jackie Clune, a mother of four, a writer and an entertainer who hilariously recounts how she tries to stay on the healthy bandwagon. Sally Brampton also joins the TS team, chatting to some of the most fascinating women in Britain today and asking them to impart their words of wisdom.

The beauty pages are now home to new franchises including Health Meets Beauty (the beauty products you need pre and post exercise), the 5 Minute Makeover and Tried and Tested - reader panel tests.

This issue sees the introduction of the Top Santé SHAPE Plan – a Smart Healthy And Practical Eating plan including 10 breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for weight loss or weight maintenance.

Guilt Free Good Food is a section of mouth-watering recipes chosen from the Hamburg Hub, each one is broken down into preparation time, cooking time, calories, fat content, salt and sugar content.

This month’s issue also showcases the results of the magazine’s Sex & Happiness survey.
