Nottingham and Adelaide university presses to launch on UPO

Cambridge University Press adds a further two academic presses to University Publishing Online (UPO) as Nottingham and Adelaide’s scholarly content is added.

Cambridge University Press has announced that June 5 saw the addition of content from Nottingham University Press and the University of Adelaide Press.

Publishing across a wide range of scientific subjects, from animal science to scientific communication, Nottingham University Press has gained international recognition as a publisher of high quality scientific and technical publications.

The University of Adelaide Press are continuing to build a wide range of titles across all disciplines and have been publishing books under various imprints since the 1920s.

Launched in October 2011, University Publishing Online provides access to thousands of titles from scholarly presses around the world, accessible through quick, powerful search and browse functionality.

Following this launch, University Publishing Online will offer access to over 15,000 titles from seven global presses.

UPO offered a perfect online platform from which to increase availability, as well as awareness and brand identity. We look forward to seeing the results of this creative initiative.”
