The appointment follows the promotion of Dan Olley to Chief Information Officer for the Elsevier division of Reed Elsevier.
RBI Global CEO Mark Kelsey said: "This recognises the tremendous job Mark has been doing leading RBI’s product development since he took on the role in 2009, after being with the company only three years.”
Mark will continue to lead RBI’s development approach and also be responsible for RBI’s corporate systems and technical infrastructure.
In 2006 Mark joined RBI as Enterprise Architect taking responsibility for the application portfolio across the division. His career in technology has spanned more than 30 years, covering media, finance, retail, education and government positions.
