Restructure for IPC Inspire Advertising

IPC Inspire – the publishing division within IPC Media that creates magazines, websites, apps and events for an extensive range of specialist interests – has announced changes within its advertising structure.

In order to super serve its clients and take advantage of new emerging revenue streams, while continuing to effectively manage its core print business, IPC Inspire Advertising is restructuring and simplifying its sales operation, says the company. It will see the display, creative, digital and classified operations brought together in one seamless, multiplatform team.

The new team will be led by group ad director Romano Sidoli (pictured), currently responsible for classified, reporting to IPC Inspire managing director Paul Williams.

Romano says: “By bringing the teams together in this way, we can best serve our clients in the specialist markets in which we operate with solutions across multiple platforms. Additional resource will also be put into training, developing and coaching our staff. I’m looking forward to taking the best elements of our current sales divisions – best in class customer service, new business generation and knowledgeable and skilled sales staff – and combining them in this new structure.”

Paul adds: “Romano has a proven track record in leadership, management and innovation, all of which will be key to the success of this new Inspire Advertising sales team.”

The new structure for IPC Advertising will come into effect later this year.
