Previously Research Director, Hope now heads up the research function for Dennis’ global business, and will report in to Julian Thorne, Dennis’ Chief Customer Officer. She has been with Dennis since 2004, having previously worked at a number of research agencies.
The new role has been created to support Dennis’ global ambitions to better understand and serve its paying customers, who now deliver the majority of revenues for the business.
Hope will head up the newly formed Customer Insight Team, which will be focused on providing deep insights into customer identification, customer experience and customer satisfaction in all Dennis’ territories to ensure their voices are heard loud and clear throughout the company. The team will also provide support to the commercial departments as per this new customer centric focus.
