UPM UK Paper Sales appoints Martin Holmes as General Manager

Martin Holmes has been appointed as General Manager of UPM's UK sales organisation. He replaces Will Oldham who left the business at the end of 2011.

Martin Holmes re-joined UPM in 2003 and was previously Director of Newsprint Sales. He will continue his current responsibilities as Sales Director for UPM UK's Distributors business. Prior to joining UPM he held roles at Bridgewater Paper Company, Kymmene UK Paper sales and Enron industrial markets.

Commenting on his appointment he said: "I look forward to the new wider role and the continued collaboration with my colleagues."

Martin will be based at UPM UK's Supply Chain and Customer Service office in Altrincham.

UPM UK Paper Sales currently employs approximately 60 people across sales, supply chain, customer service and support function areas.
