Live chat lets both prospective and existing subscribers message members of the XpertHR team directly, with the most common chats being about forgotten passwords, finding content and sales enquiries.
The first customer came online to chat, within an hour of launch.
Commenting on the launch, Head of Sales Jonathan Hamer said: “We know from the success of launching live chat in the UK last autumn that there’s demand for this service. Over 1,800 chats and lots of happy customers demonstrated the potential for the US."
The post-chat surveys have indicated that the service is already a big hit with users, says RBI.
