Celebrity Chef Jamie Oliver joins The Sunday Times

The Sunday Times has announced that Jamie Oliver will join the Sunday Times Magazine starting today, November 2nd.

To launch this new partnership The Sunday Times is running a special food-only 72-page edition of its famous Magazine today (November 2nd). The one-off edition features an interview with Jamie Oliver by AA Gill and 20 pages of recipes. Jamie picks his favourite ever dishes including “incredible salted-caramel chocolate brownies and a super-arrabiata chilli pasta”.

For the next month, the Magazine will run six Jamie recipes every week as part of the paper's Food Season. Sunday Times cook Gizzi Erskine will also continue to provide recipes every week giving the paper unrivalled food coverage. In the Food Issue on November 2nd Gizzi meets Jamie with hilarious results, say the publishers.

The Sunday Times is now a multi-platform publication and to reflect that it has launched a special Food Season section on the tablet edition which will contain not only our top 100 restaurants and top restaurants for under £20 and an interactive map, but also all of Gizzi and Jamie's recipes.

Eleanor Mills, Editorial Director of The Sunday Times said: “We are thrilled that Jamie Oliver is joining The Sunday Times. He is a massive favourite with our readers and will bring his verve and knack for creating delicious, easy food to our appreciative audience every week.

The Sunday Times Magazine will run recipes from Jamie and Gizzi every week, alongside AA Gill's inimitable restaurant reviews.”
