Double celebration for WeddingSite team

Weddingsite.co.uk, the online wedding planning tool provider from Archant Digital Ventures, has had a double celebration this week by launching a new Supplier Finder web and mobile tool and signing up its 50,000th customer.

Supplier Finder is the latest innovation from WeddingSite. At the click (or tap) of a button, says Archant, it revolutionises the way couples find wedding services, saving brides and grooms-to-be time by matching their location, date, budget and unique requirements with credentials from a database of over 200,000 UK wedding suppliers.

Rather than spending months searching for the perfect suppliers for their big day, WeddingSite takes care of the hard work for them. The proprietary, database-driven service is free for engaged couples.

Matching suppliers are invited to provide a quote and make contact with the bride or groom. As recommendation is a vital consideration when a couple chooses a supplier, businesses on the WeddingSite database are given a free platform to add customer ratings and reviews, helping convert leads into sales.

WeddingSite is also showcasing its new iPhone app at The National Wedding Show on September 27 and the Archant-run Wedding Show at Sandown Park from October 26 to 27.

The WeddingSite iPhone app customises the key wedding planning tools including a fully interactive To Do list, Budget Tracker, Guest Manager and Supplier Finder which sync in real time to all of the bride’s desktop services through WeddingSite. Free to download and use, The WeddingSite app aims to help make planning easier, putting the brides and grooms-to-be in control on the go, anytime anywhere.
