EMAP appoints Richard Breeden as Managing Director

EMAP, the content, subscription and networking business, has announced the appointment of Richard Breeden as Managing Director for a portfolio of its brands.

Richard (pictured) will be responsible for Drapers, Retail Jeweller, Architect’s Journal, Architectural Review and Building Services brands with a remit to drive further customer growth and engagement across the market-leading, multi-channel brands. He will report to EMAP’s Chief Executive, Natasha Christie-Miller.

Richard was most recently Managing Director of Commercial Enterprise at A&N Media (now DMG Media) part of DMGT plc, where he was responsible for building and accelerating growth in direct-to-consumer revenues for the group. Prior to joining A&N Media, Richard founded and was Chief Executive of EBTM plc, the online retailer and wholesaler of music inspired fashion.
