Faversham House buys Utility Week portfolio

Faversham House, the Croydon-based multi-media company, has acquired the Utility Week portfolio from Reed Business Information (RBI).

Utility Week is a leading source of news, analysis and comment on Britain's major electricity, gas and water utilities. The acquisition includes the Utility Week website www.utilityweek.com, the Utility Week Achievement Awards (6 December 2010) and the Utility Week Debt Conference (2 November 2010).

The seven-strong team will be joining Faversham House with effect from Monday 26 July 2010.
