Mike Halstead: “We’re thrilled to welcome Greenways Publishing to our platform.”

HH&S, a provider of subscription management and growth solutions, has announced the onboarding of UK sports publishers Greenways Publishing to its new subscription platform. This partnership reflects the accelerating demand for streamlined, scalable, and customer-centric subscription models, added HH&S.

By joining HH&S’s new bespoke subscription platform, Greenways Publishing will leverage tools to manage and grow its subscription offerings, enhance customer retention, and unlock new revenue streams, the company continued.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Greenways Publishing to our platform,” said Mike Halstead, managing director at HH&S. “Their decision to partner with us is a strong testament to the value we deliver in simplifying complex subscription operations while enabling meaningful, long-term customer relationships.”

Greenways Publishing, known for its national sports newspapers and magazines, serves a growing, connected and engaged customer base that relies on consistent and exemplary service, says HH&S.

Neil Wooding, commercial manager at Greenways Publishing commented: “We didn't take the decision to outsource our print subscriptions lightly. The key criteria for us was to work with an established industry partner who lives and breathes subscriptions on a daily basis.

“Their calibre of managing newspapers and magazines immediately stood out; along with their flexibility and service offering in developing a custom-built subscription platform specific to our needs - one that we have full visibility and access to.

“We are confident HH&S will improve our service offering in terms of on-boarding, retention and associated customer service; whilst offering us a proactive service, with the additional marketing opportunities that brings.”

The partnership is already in motion, onboarding has been completed, and operations began earlier this month.
