The archive dates back to 1962. Individuals and institutions can subscribe for unlimited and fully-searchable access to over 170 back issues, with new issues published three times a year.
Previously known as Pottery in Australia (PIA), the title has had the privilege of Australia’s leading ceramicists gracing the covers and pages over six decades, says Exact Editions. Each issue features artist profiles, critical essays, exhibition and book reviews, workshop reports, technical advice, suppliers, new products and exhibition and gallery listings. The publication is celebrating 60 years of continuous print publication in 2022.
The Exact Editions interface includes access on web, iOS and Android platforms, allowing readers to easily navigate issues that are organised in stacks by decade and year. The platform also boasts an advanced search function that facilitates complex searches for artists, topics or key words.
The complete archive of The Journal Of Australian Ceramics is available in the Exact Editions shops for individuals and institutions.
