Military Times - launch

Launched to coincide with the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, Military Times is a “fascinating” new monthly magazine, priced at £3.95, that brings you the history of conflict – on land, at sea and in the air.

According to distributors COMAG: “Written by genuine experts who have devoted their lives to the history of warfare, every issue will have intelligently written features and in-depth coverage of Britain’s own military history, 20th century conflicts around the world as well as ongoing wars that British servicemen and women are involved in now.

More than just the stories, Military Times will bring battles to life with action-packed narrative and expert analysis explaining why critical decisions were made and their effects.

As well as telling the real stories of the heroes, both celebrated and forgotten, Military Times will have battlefield guides, weapons of war, diagrams and photographs.

In addition to this will be reviews (books, movies, games and events), a book club and a regular ‘Your Military Times’ section where readers are encouraged to submit their own experiences of military life.

Retailers are advised to display Military Times prominently alongside BBC History and Britain at War.”

Military Times is published by Church Street Publishing Ltd.
