Andy (pictured) joins from Hachette Filipacchi UK Ltd where he worked as Finance Director. He takes up his new role immediately.
Reporting to Arnaud de Puyfontaine, Chief Executive of the National Magazine Company, and Executive Vice President of Hearst Magazines International, Andy will have responsibility for finance, IT, legal services, facilities and manufacturing/procurement for the business.
He replaces Simon Horne, who was appointed Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and Senior Vice President of Hearst Magazines International (HMI) earlier this year.
Andy has more than 15 years’ experience in the media and entertainment sector having held senior roles at Carlton Home Entertainment and Eidos PLC, as well as SDI Media where he was European Finance Director. Andy joined Hachette Filipacchi as Finance Director in March 2008.
