Nokia teams up with ELLE

ELLE has partnered with Nokia to promote the phone manufacturer’s latest smartphone handset.

ELLE has also acted as a creative agency for the activity – a first for both ELLE and the women’s magazine market, designing the app and marketing activity exclusively in-house.

The ELLE UK Style Quiz app, which launches today, has been developed specifically for the Nokia 700, its most compact handset to date.

Carrying the slogan, ‘The Perfect Fit: Faster, Slicker, Smarter’, the campaign also includes an ELLEuk.com competition to win one of five handsets and £500 to spend on a stylish handbag.

Additional social activity includes a promotion on the Nokia and ELLE Facebook and Twitter platforms. Online activity will incorporate a Fashion Channel Takeover with the aim of driving traffic to the Nokia / Vodafone landing page, as well as display advertising.

In a first for ELLE and the UK women’s magazine market, ELLE has acted as the creative agency for the Nokia 700 Elle Style Quiz UK - being solely responsible for creating the creative for the campaign.

The launch will be supported by advertorials in the ELLE’s November and December issues.

The app is also available on the Ovi store for other Nokia handset customers to download.
