Following the decision in early December to begin the process of withdrawing all EG products and services from the market during 2025, RELX has received a number of approaches, says the Mark Allen Group.
Mark Allen Group and RELX have entered into exclusive discussions in respect of an acquisition of the EG Magazine, EG Events and EG Jobs assets.
Mark Allen Group, an independent family company, says it will be focused on re-energising the historic Estates Gazette magazine and ensuring it has a future.
A small number of EG’s current employees may be offered roles within the Mark Allen Group alongside the sale process, added the publisher.
