Sarah Sands appointed editor at Standard

The London Evening Standard has appointed Sarah Sands editor and made a number of other senior editorial appointments.

Sarah Sands (pictured) is appointed as Editor of the London Evening Standard. Ian Walker is promoted to senior Deputy Editor and will edit the paper in Sarah's absence. Other promotions involve Charlotte Ross also to a Deputy Editor position and Amy Iggulden promoted to Assistant Editor News.
