“Vanessa has played a key role in recent years on GQ, and helped build the business in print and digital, as well as being Publisher of GQ Style. She is an accomplished and experienced executive, well known in the fashion business, and a great ambassador for GQ in all its manifestations,” commented Coleridge.
Vanessa is currently Associate Publisher Fashion of British GQ and Publisher of GQ Style, and has been with the magazine since 2009. Prior to joining Condé Nast, Vanessa was Fashion Manager of Esquire, and before that on the Evening Standard’s ES magazine. Vanessa will retain the role of Publisher of GQ Style in addition to her new GQ role encompassing print and digital.
“I'm thrilled to have been given the opportunity to lead GQ's continued commercial preeminence. The dominance of the brand, driven by the quality of its editorial, speaks for itself, and is clearly an environment that delivers for our advertisers. My colleagues in the GQ commercial team are second to none, and we look forward to maintaining our authority in the market,” added Kingori.
Vanessa replaces Jamie Bill, who was recently promoted to the position of Executive Director of Global Development of Condé Nast.
