Bluestar Mobile Ltd represents a strategic addition to YOC’s business and the range of services it provides. Its customer portfolio, including The Sun, The Times, The News of the World, The New York Post, The Mirror, The Guardian, Motorola, 20th Century Fox, Bacardi and other well-known companies, will considerably increase YOC's sales volume on the British market. The acquisition is the first such move for YOC AG in the UK but follows the successful completion of several other strategic purchases.
Bluestar Mobile, it is claimed, has been profitable since it was established, with operational stability guaranteed by recurring income. With similar internal processes and an almost identical organisational structure to YOC, both companies foresee smooth integration.
