This follows a competitive tender process started in 2010. BBC Worldwide’s decision to move to exclusivity with Exponent has been approved by the BBC Trust.
Discussions will continue with Exponent, with a view to completing an agreement this summer, which would be subject to the final approval of the BBC Trust.

• In the last available ABC results, BBC Magazines was up 0.5% year on year, with an total circulation of 3,110,197, and with subscriptions to BBC titles at an all-time high of 904,867 (Jul-Dec 2010);
• BBC Magazines publishes many of the UK’s most popular lifestyle, factual and children’s titles, including: Radio Times, Good Food, Gardeners’ World, Top Gear, BBC History Magazine, CBeebies Weekly and Doctor Who Adventures.
