Mark Philby has served as interim finance director for the company since October 2009.
Sarah Parkes, group managing director for CDS Global in Europe and Australia, commented on the new appointment, “I am absolutely delighted that Mark will be joining us on a permanent basis. After studying at Nottingham Trent University, Philby began his career at Clayton & Brewill Chartered Accountants. He progressed to partner status before starting his own consultancy practice, Philbys Chartered Accountants, in 2006. He joined CDS Global in 2009.
