Based in Brooklyn and reporting to Dubuc, she will oversee all aspects of VMG’s HR functions globally, supporting its workforce throughout 35 cities worldwide. Auger-Domínguez brings more than two decades of experience in leading large-scale, global teams in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, and HR transformation at major companies including Viacom, Google, Disney ABC TV, Time Warner and Moody’s. Most recently she was an independent consultant advising senior leaders and board members across Fortune 500 companies, startups and social impact organisations. During her combined industry and consulting tenure, says VICE Media, Auger-Domínguez led global engagements across multiple industries including entertainment, technology, media and financial services.
“Daisy is an exceptional leader with an impressive and proven track record developing strategies that foster a culture of inclusivity and innovation which will drive our organizational excellence,” added Dubuc. “Daisy’s passion for people-first cultures along with her global mindset will bring forward our greatest strength - the diverse individuals that make up VMG - to ensure the way we connect with young people around the world is authentic and impactful.”
“I am honoured to join VICE Media Group, and its extraordinary team and contributors, during this unprecedented time in history, media and entertainment” said Auger-Domínguez. “As we enter a new chapter of transformational growth, leadership and change, I look forward to working together to deliver important work and results that make us all proud, and ensures a broad cross-section of voices and skill-sets.”
