DesignPad is the app developed by Quark Software Inc. to help creative people explore design while giving professional designers a way to concept and start projects from an iPad.

DesignPad is free to download and provides a wide range of design features such as pre-defined layout templates, control over text attributes, color and opacity of boxes and frames, drop shadows and innovative shape making features. It also includes an optional Pro Feature Pack for €8,99/£6.99 that enables users to unlock a set of advanced features that adds DropBox and AirPrint support, PDF output, dynamic grids, and more.

Also part of the Macworld Awards 2013, QuarkXPress 9.5 was nominated for the Publishing & Design Software of the Year and named “Highly Commended” in that category.
