Garnett Dickinson sells Acorn Web Offset

Garnett Dickinson Group has sold its Normanton based division, Acorn Web Offset.

The statement from Garnett Dickinson said: Acorn Web Offset has been sold to its existing management team, including Mark Roberts (General Manager) and Matthew Carry (Sales Manager), the purchase has been led by Nick Alexander who steps down from his current position as Group Chief Executive of Garnett Dickinson Group. Alexander said “Acorn is a great business which loves its customers and continues to deliver for them”, he also commended the strength and drive of the Garnett Dickinson team to deliver on the continuous technological changes that its customers demand.

Newly appointed Garnett Dickinson Group Chief Executive, Joel Dickinson recognises the sale of Acorn Web Offset as “necessary for our team to sharpen their focus and deliver further investment in providing innovative tailored multi channel solutions to new and existing customers, we are looking to continue enhancing our portfolio with Print, Direct Mail and Digital production right at the heart.”
